We highly encourage our parents to use their gifts and talents to teach our children. However, we also encourage our parents to participate in Co-op for one semester before assuming the position of lead teacher. (The NHEA Co-op board must approve all teacher positions and classes) The first step for those interested in teaching is to download the "Prospective Class Application," fill it out completely, and mail it to the Co-op director.
